SVFD WILL BE AT FALCO’S TO SHARE SAFE BURNING PRACTICES
WILDFIRE AWARENESS STARTS WITH KNOWING HOW TO BE FIRE SAFE

Spokane Valley Fire Department (SVFD), Falco’s, and State Farm are collaborating to help spread awareness on how to be fire safe this upcoming wildfire season.
“Knowing what is legal to burn and when you can burn is key to keeping our community fire safe,” said Firefighter, Rick Freier. “May is Wildfire Awareness Month. SVFD will be sharing fire safety tips and information to protect homes, families, pets, and land every week during the month of May.”
Tomorrow, join Firefighter Rick Freier for a live demonstration on legal burning, illegal burning materials, legal approved burning containers, and more.
