Maintenance & Operations Replacement Levy

On February 12, 2019, Spokane Valley Fire Department voters will be asked to consider replacing the expiring four-year Maintenance & Operations (M&O) levy. The M&O levy provides essential funding — 54% of SVFD’s annual operating budget — allowing the continued delivery of high-quality fire, rescue and emergency medical services.

“Ride to Care” Benefits Citizens and EMS System

Nearly 50 “rides to care” so far in 2018 have been arranged by Spokane Valley firefighters. The innovative program launched in the greater Spokane Valley in August 2017.
