INSPECTIONS/TIER II

Spokane Valley Fire Department’s Fire Prevention Division conducts annual fire and life safety inspections of commercial businesses throughout our service area. By identifying potential hazards in advance we are better able to keep citizens and first responders safe in the event of an emergency.

Tier II reports can be mailed to our Administration building or emailed to: Inspections@spokanevalleyfire.com

Spokane Valley Fire Department’s Prevention Division conducts plan reviews for buildings; tenant improvements; engineered grading; fire sprinkler and alarm systems; and land actions such as short plats and subdivisions. These reviews provide for public and occupant safety as well as meeting the needs of emergency responders.
