Electronic Plan Submittal and Review
The Spokane Valley Fire Department is instituting a new electronic plan submittal and review program.
Submittals are to be emailed to: Inspections@SpokaneValleyFire.com – Please be sure to use “Permit Submittal” as the subject.
Complete submittals to include:
- Fire Safety Permit Application
- Plans (must provide a graphic scale)
- Calculations (if necessary)
- Product data sheets
Once the submittal is approved you will receive an email with approved documents attached. It will be your responsibility to print out a copy of the approved plans and permit for the job site. An on-site inspection will not be completed without these items present.
The actual permit is still issued through Spokane Valley permit center, but that can be done over the phone with a credit card (509-720-5240). You can then request that a copy of the receipt and permit be emailed to you.
Please call 509-928-1700 if there are any questions.
