FIREWORKS ARE ILLEGAL IN SPOKANE COUNTY

Spokane Valley and the Spokane County Sheriff's Office will be enforcing the following:

FIREWORKS LAW

Under state law, possession and/or discharge of illegal fireworks are offenses punishable by a fine up to $5,000 and/or up to one year in jail. Per RCW 70.77.

CPR Classes

CPR classes are currently being held at the Spokane Valley Fire Department Training Center located at 2411 N. Pioneer Lane. The maximum number of people per class is thirteen and the minimum is three. The classes begin at 7:00 P.M. and are completed by 8:30 P.M.

This CPR class is provided to the public at no cost and is a participatory course only.
