Civil Service Commision   

Spokane Valley Fire Department Civil Service Commission establishes and maintains a merit employment system within SVFD and ensures a fair and competitive process for all positions. The Civil Services establishes and administers competitive examinations for both entry level and promotional positions and certifies a list of eligible candidates.
